Competition: MTV Crashes Plymouth!

With summertime in full flow and warm(ish) temperatures finally coaxing us out the house to bask under the occasional sun, we’re getting pretty excited about the plans we have during these months. Not only does British summer herald our birthdays (only two weeks apart!), but we’ve also got trips planned that include Amsterdam, Spain, Italy, London and hopefully Brighton – things always seem sunnier when you’ve got travel plans to fixate on!

But with all this mad dashing around, Alex and I are actually only going to be together for one of these trips… and it’ll only be for four days. As you may already tell, we love to travel with each other but sometimes we just end up having to go our separate ways with friends, boyfriends… we really need to prioritise a trip together or before you know it, it’s winter again and we’ve run out of holiday allowance at work.

When we get a chance to take off together, we simply can’t say no! And in the UK, taking off on trains makes for an ideal trip away for us since we can’t drive… yet. CrossCountry network, the most extensive passenger rail franchise in Britain, is whisking people up and down the country to all the best summer events. They’re taking us down to Plymouth later this month to have a bit of a party at MTV Crashes Plymouth – and you could come too!
